Committee Structures

Each committee is responsible for appointing their own positions.

Committee Director

Responsible for the overall direction of the committee and ensuring the goals of the committee are met.

Treasurer

Responsible for creating the budget of the committee, requesting funds from the organization. Ensuring that all events and fund raisers are properly accounted for.

Secretary

Responsible for communicating with all members of the committee. Relaying any information that is important to the functions of the committee. Keeping minutes during committee meetings.

Publicity Director

Responsible for ensuring that any future events or fund raisers are advertised on social media and online. Developing any and all other forms of advertising for the events of the committee.
